All air-conditioned accommodations are furnished with wooden floors. The dormitories may have internal or external shared bathroom facilities, while the rooms have a private bathroom. Rio Forest Hostel is 500 metres from Largo dos Guimarães square, and 7.6 km from Sugar Loaf hill. Maracanã Stadium is 6.7 km away. City tours and shuttle service can be arranged by the staff for a fee.
