According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. This authorization must be authenticated and signed by both parents and presented together with certified copies of their identity documents. Please note that some reservations may require a credit card pre-authorization at the time of booking and if the guest has interesting in paying by pix it's necessary to contact the hotel by e-mail: reservas@atlanticotower.com.br, Be aware the property doesn't ask for payments by Instagram and our official social media is @atlanticotoweroficial. Please note that the property has a pool for guest use only between the hours of 9 AM to 8 PM Tuesday to Sunday, meaning Monday will be closed for maintenance. It is forbidden to take food and drinks to the pool.
