It is 1 Km from the main bus station and 6 kms. from the beaches of the beautiful city of Viña del Mar, which you reachable using the Metro train. The House provides Wi-Fi, normal breakfast included in the price BR, as also tea, coffee, mineral water, juices zuko. Guests can use the well-equipped kitchen for heating already prepared food purchased in supermarkets. The laundry has a discount of 25% for each day of stay (4 days, is free). The House is run by its owners: father (Dario), mother (Silvia) and son (Felipe, manager) and has a personalized attention. The property adjoins the Palace Polanco and is located 800 m from the picturesque hills Concepción y Alegre, both of great urban architecture.
