According to Peruvian Legislation N ° 30802, no minors under 18 years old shall be allowed unless accompanied by parents or legal guardian and have legal documentation that proves it. Guests can request an extra bed for a surcharge. Rates vary accordingly. All penalties are subject to an additional service tax of 10% and in case of Peruvian Citizens the additonal 18% (IVA) Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. P
