There will be minimal charges for hotel’s airport transfer service which is not included in the room rate payment. Charges shall be paid to reception upon check in. Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) pick up points is at the Arrival Hall, Level 3
KLIA 2 pick-up point is at Old Town White Coffee outside of the Arrival Hall, Level 2

Shuttle service for send off is available upon your check in process.
From September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay. Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check out.
