Arc House is perfectly located for both business and leisure guests in Barcelona. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities and perks to ensure you have a great time. To be found at the hotel are free Wi-Fi in all rooms, kitchen, luggage storage, Wi-Fi in public areas, airport transfer. Some of the well-appointed guestrooms feature linens, mirror, towels, closet, non smoking rooms. To enhance guests' stay, the hotel offers recreational facilities such as games room. An extra charge of linens will be applied when booking only one or two nights.
Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Guests arriving outside the mentioned check-in hours are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made.
Check-in or check-out outside of the mentioned hours will be subject to an additional charge of EUR 10.
Check-out is available until 10:00 AM.
Due to the tax regulation, all guests are committed to the city tax surcharge which is not included in the property reservation cost and will be collected by the property upon check-in.
Guests arriving after 10:00 PM are requested to contact the property directly at least 2 days prior to arrival.
Keys must be returned upon check-out. In case of any damages, may subject to an additional charge.

Changing the designated bed is unacceptable.

Kitchen and common areas are available until 11:00 PM.

Room lights will be turned off at midnight. Please refrain from talking or making loud noise.

Leaving any belongings in a fridge, must label every single piece and please always keep the kitchen clean.


Payment upon check-in is available. Credit card payment is permitted when the rate is over EUR 100.
Reception is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
The property has a strict no-party policy.
This is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.
Please note check-in after 22:00 carries a EUR 10 surcharge per hour. Please inform Arc House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
