City Tax

For all guest bookings with period of stay from November 1st 2012 onwards, a city tax must be paid directly to the hotel during check out for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

5* Hotel: A city tax of 2.25 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona and Catalonia;
4* Hotel: A city tax of 1.10 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona (0.90 Euros + VAT in Catalonia);
Rest of Hotels & Apartments: A city tax of 0.65 Euros + VAT per person, per night in Barcelona (0.45 Euros + VAT in Catalonia).

This is an additional charge for guests over the age of 16 and it is NOT INCLUDED in the room rate.
Check-in or check-out outside the mentioned hours may be subject to an additional charge.
Children 0-3 years old stay for free if using existing bed.
Children of all ages are included in the maximum occupancy.
Guests arriving between 09:00 PM and 10:00 PM will be subject to an additional charge of EUR 25.
Guests arriving between 10:00 PM and 11:30 PM will be subject to an additional charge of EUR 35.
Guests checking in after 11:30 PM will be charged an additional fee of EUR 45.
Late check in from 9.00Pm until 7:00am will result in a surcharge.
Late check-in is available by prior arrangement only.
Late check-out is available by prior arrangement only.
Please note that reception is open from 9:00AM to 9:00PM (Mon-Fri) and from 9:00AM to 3:00PM (Sat-Sun).
The property can keep your baggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out. However, the property can only store your baggage on the check in/out date.
Upon prior requests, guests will be allowed to bring pets into the property with additional conditions regarding size, number of pets, and days at the property.
