Central to Johannesburg, Sandton, Rosebank, 20 min from airport. Back up power, dedicated workspace, high speed wifi. Ideal for remote workspace and long term stay. Ideal for golfers as we are in close proximity to most golf courses. The lounge & bedroom is one spacious open plan room, with a dedicated workspace area, couch and day bed that at night converts into a single bed. There is also an underbed single bed that pulls out into the lounge area. The bedroom area has a queen extra length bed and cupboard. A full kitchen consisting of a washing machine, a counter stove/microwave and all the other amenities you would need. There is a separate dining area with a table and four chairs and a fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a basin, shower and toilet. Enjoy being surrounded by nature, a pool, outdoor dining area, your own private entrance & parking space. Our unit sleeps 2 adults only OR 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 18. NO GUESTS are allowed. The entrance and dining room leads into the kitchen and into the big spacious open plan room which is the workspace/lounge/bedroom. This space is ideal for a monthly rental to work remotely as it has everything you need to work remotely, including uninterrupted and unlimited wifi. As a romantic getaway for a couple, you can't beat our sunsets and sitting by the pool during the day. For a young family, you have enough space to be comfortable, a pool and a garden to play in. The sleeping arrangements are one extra length queen size bed, a daybed and underbed. This is one big spacious room which also has the couch, desk and table to work at. Please be aware that the sleeping space is shared. During the day the underbed slides in under the daybed and the lounge area then has two comfortable seating places. The pool is within easy access of the unit. There is access to the garden and pool area and your own outside eating area. There is no access to our private patio. I like to greet in person and then give the guests privacy to enjoy their stay. I am available for requests. We live in a secure boomed off street on the side of a mountain surrounded by trees and birdlife. It's a lovely walk in our street, with the beautiful surroundings and trees. You will see people walking, running, kids on their bicycles in our road. We also have a little green area where people play with their dogs, kids play soccer and it is a lovely spot to watch the sunset. In our street, we also have a beauty salon and hairdresser - a quick walk or car ride away. Neighbourhood Square shopping centre has good restaurants, Checkers for groceries, Dischem Pharmacy and a few clothing outlets and is about 4 kilometers away. You are able to get around town using your own car or uber. There is parking available at all the big shopping malls in the area. The workspace, lounge and bedroom is one big spacious room and open plan. The sleeping space is shared.
