The houseboat is located in Shau Kee Wan Typhoon Shelter on the east side of Hong Kong Island.

Nearby Attractions:
- Soho East: directly by sampan and 3-min walk
- Shau Kei Wan Main St. East: directly by sampan and 5-min walk
- Sam Ka Tsuen: directly by sampan
- Causeway Bay: 20 mins by MTR
- Ferries from Sai Wan Ho to Kwun Tong, Sam Ka Tsuen and Tung Lung Chau
- Stanley: 30 mins from bus terminal next to Sai Wan Ho dock

船屋位於香港島東的筲箕灣避風塘。

The houseboat is moored in Shau Kei Wan Typhoon Shelter and requires guests to take a sampan from the nearby dock in Shau Kei Wan or Sai Wan Ho.

From the dock near Tam Kung Temple in Shau Kei Wan, it is a 5-min walk (350m) to Shau Kei Wan MTR exit D1.

Direct transfer from the airport to the houseboat can be arranged upon request.

船屋停泊在筲箕灣避風塘，客人需要從附近的筲箕灣或西灣河碼頭乘坐舢舨到船屋。

從筲箕灣譚公廟附近的碼頭，步行到筲箕灣地鐵站D1出口大概5分鐘（350米）的路程。

可應要求安排從機場到船屋的直接接送服務。

As this is a houseboat permanently moored on the harbour, there are some rules that require your special attention:

1) Toilets (VERY IMPORTANT): Nothing can be flushed down the toilet except natural waste. Please DO NOT flush toilet paper or any sanitary products down the toilet (trash bins are provided in the bathrooms for this). The toilets are standard boat toilets and have very narrow pipes. Thus, blockages are not uncommon if you do not follow these basic guidelines.

2) Sampans (another unique Hong Kong experience) serve as water taxis to/from the houseboat and cost HK$10 per person. Please reserve small HK dollar notes to pay the sampan drivers. Sampans run from about 7am to 11pm.

3) Stable power (220V) and water provided. The houseboat has a water heater to provide hot water for showers.

4) Help yourselves to coffee and whatever is in the cupboards. There are many trendy waterfront cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby in Soho East if you would like to eat out. For local Chinese food, head to Shau Kei Wan Main Street East, a 5-min walk from the Tam Kung Temple dock.

5) The houseboat is permanently moored and cannot be moved or taken out to sea. The houseboat is used exclusively for pleasure purposes.

6) The houseboat is moored in a typhoon shelter with a sea wall. However, you may still experience slight rocking movement from the waves from time to time.

7) There is a big step (about 1 meter high) you need to climb up or jump down to get on and off the boat.

5）船屋永久停泊，不能移動或帶出海。船屋僅用於娛樂體驗目的。

6）船屋停泊在帶有海堤的避風塘內。但是，您仍會感受到來自海浪的輕微搖擺。

7）有一個很高的台階（大約1米高）您需要爬上或跳下來上下船。
