This is a 1 BHK Apartment located on 3rd floor of a gated complex. This is a residential complex and not a resort. Hence, no room service is available.

The apartment features a comfortable bedroom with a plush king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after your exciting adventures in Goa. Additionally, we have a sofa cum bed in the hall(as shown in the picture) which can accommodate 2 persons and extra 2 mattress if needed. The bathroom is clean and equipped with essential amenities.
The apartment has the Balcony view facing the pool and a sit-out/patio overlooking the garden area.
As you step outside, you'll be greeted by the serene surroundings and a shared swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on a warm Goan day. Immerse yourself in the tranquil atmosphere while sipping your morning coffee on the private balcony, taking in the pleasant views of the neighborhood. As you step outside the property, you can feel the difference of temperature raising by 2 degrees as its covered by trees all over the property.

We have private parking space available at the complex. Below are the distance to some of the famous beaches. One can also hire scooters, bikes or cars easily to move around.

- Anjuna - 8 minutes ride by scooter 3kms
- Calangute - 8 minutes ride by scooter 3kms
- Vagator - 7 minutes ride on a scooter
- Clubs/restaurants nearby - Brittos, Crazy Crabs, Fat Fish, Artjuna, Club Cabana, Titos, Hammerz etc.
Things to note:-
- Keys will be handed over post 100% payment only
- Food delivery till the reception only. Please collect it personally
- Power backup doesn't support air conditioning.
- We provide alternate day housekeeping services for only stays longer than 3 nights where the staff will come in to sweep and mop the house. If you need cleaning services on a daily basis we can provide you with the contact details of the cleaning staff (Chargeable).
- Guests are requested not to leave any of their valuable items such as cash and jewelry at the apartment when they are out. We shall not be responsible for any theft/loss/damage to their valuable items/cash/jewelry.
