Located on the first floor, this studio boasts mountain views, two balconies, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, hot & cold water, and a wardrobe.
Recently renovated to provide the utmost comfort and luxury for my guests. Please note: accommodations are for two adults only, and the place is not child-friendly. Be sure to read the house rules for a smooth stay.
Enjoy a memorable stay with every detail carefully considered to make you feel at home. Amenities include a king-size bed, comfy sofa, 45" TV, AC, ceiling fan, bedside table, and 100+ channels through RD CableTV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, cooking facilities, gas stove, and crockery/utensils for holiday breakfasts. The bathroom features a shower and western toilet.

Guests have full access to the entire flat and all its amenities. While there aren't any strict restrictions, we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors' privacy and keep the apartment in good condition. We encourage guests to view the apartment as a home away from home, rather than just a hotel room. It would mean a lot to us if guests treat the apartment as they would their own home.

The neighborhood is a peace loving houses and apartments. Guests can also visit North of Goa and have lot of fun.
The famous Palolem Beach is at a walking distance. One can rent a two wheeler to go around the city and other places. Palolem Beach is less than 2 kms from the apartment.
Enjoy your stay! If you notice any wear and tear, please inform the Caretaker so we can ensure a memorable experience for the next guests. We provide power backup for up to 3/4 hours, allowing fans, TVs, and lights to function smoothly.
