Come and discover our 4 bedrooms fashionable home, at the heart of the most sought after holiday destination in Goa. It is a 12 mins drive from Vagator beach & 5 mins from the most famous restaurants of Goa: Gunpowder, Suzie's, Vinayak etc. Fitted with modern furniture, the villa offers all amenities you would need to spend a relaxing time with family and friends. The gated community has 24X7 security and the villa will be cleaned once a day. We have a GENSET for the frequent Goan power outages.
LOCATION
This villa is perfectly located for those wanting to explore different parts of North Goa: you will be at mid point between the famous Candolim/ Calangute and Morjim/Ashvem beaches. Cycle along the Chapora River, (book your cycle with CyclingZen), visit the local but seasonal Hill Top market, grab a nice sunset drink at W hotel or do some Cycling at CyclingZen, you are in the heart of activities.
EATING
Discover brunch at Prana Cafe or taste vegan food at the close by BeanMeUp. Olive will be your best place for lunch with a view over the Ocean. In the evening, head to Sublime or Thalassa. The best of what Goa has to offer will be within 10 min drive. Alternatively, make yourself a gourmet meal after shopping in the local markets or get a cook on call to stay within the intimacy of the villa.
LIVING AREA
Step into the world where the flooring is made up of terrazo tiles and the ceiling height is double. Be one with the nature because of the big glass windows and be prepared to spend the next few days in peace and harmony. The villa opens into spacious living-dining area with access to the pool. For those who need to remain connected, Wifi & Tata sky will be available at the villa.
BEDROOMS
Out of the four bedrooms, three bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and one bedroom has a bathroom outside the bedroom, this one particular bedroom has an attached balcony. One bedroom would be on the ground floor, while the other three are on the first floor.
There is a sofa come bed in the master bedroom (Pillow and duvet will be provided) - for a charge.
HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES
Housekeeping includes cleaning of the villa once a day between 10 am - 5 pm. Towel and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 3 nights.
The villa is equipped with GENSET in case of power outage (frequent in Goa)
The villa has servant quarters with an attached bathroom that can accommodate 2 people(on chargeable basis).
NOTE: For stays of 28 nights or more, to avail the monthly discount - The water, Electricity, Laundry of linen & towels are charged as per the actual bills. We collect Rs. 30,000 security deposit in cash at the time of check-in against all of these.
You will have the entire villa, pool and garden to yourself. There is parking space within the property gates as well, with 24x7 security
You will have at your disposal
1) A Guest Relationship Manager who will call you prior to your arrival and do the check-in. He/ she can help you organise your travel from the airport and give you all relevant contacts for cabs, car rentals, activities, restaurants, etc. Do let us know if you are celebrating a special occasion during your stay dates and our team will endeavor it even more special.
2) A property assistant who is at site from 10am to 6pm for any questions regarding the villa.
3) 24/7 security guard at the gate
4) Housekeeping staff - they will clean the villa once a day between 10am and 5pm
