- They offer comfortable seating for up to 12 people.

- There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - all attached.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
- The living room seats 6 people comfortably.
- It offers AC, TV and WiFi.
- There is a 20 x 10 ft. lawn that offers comfortable seating for up to 5 people.
- There is a shared swimming pool.
- The pool is 30 x 15 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
- It is accessible from 7 AM to 9 PM.
KITCHEN
- The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a water filter, a toaster, a mixer-grinder, a refrigerator and a microwave.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.
- Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
