Holiday Homes are the first of its kind in Goa and is an ideal location to reside. Its meticulous design takes full advantage of its ideal location on Colva beach . Apartment is in a Gated Complex with full security .
Indian Guests will need to give a copy of Govt Issued Identity card once they book via whatsapp /email or when they check in .
Foreign Guests : We need to fill online Form C so you will have to give digital photo(less then 50 Kb size) and details of Passport/Visa
The large living room is air conditioned, fully furnished and consists of a sofa cum bed . One bedroom has a queen size bed and air condition which is the master bedroom has an attached toilet. The second bedroom has a balcony, and Queen Size bed to sleep .The bathroom is easily accessible via the living area and the second bedroom. The bathroom consist of a western toilet, a hot (geyser) and cold / Hot water shower, wash basin and vanity mirror. 
The kitchen has granite worktops and fitted cupboards. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, cooker, toaster, kettle, washing machine, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery.  Just outside the complex the road is filled with several restaurants and bars which host lots of seasonal entertainment such as fashion shows and karoke. However, I prefer eating in one of the beach shacks on Colva beach, which offers both western and local cuisine. The dishes are great value for money and are truly delicious. 
The apartment is situated within a complex, which entitles you to use the private facilities such as the large swimming pool, kid's pool and playground. The swimming pool has lots of seating area where you can sun bathe.

I Dont live in The place and will be available for interaction with guest 24x7 over phone unless i am traveling out of goa.
I live in colva beach ,south goa. Public transport is easily available . You can take bikes and cars on rent from the neighbour hood . the beach is 5 mins walking . There is Club Margarita , Leda , Boomerang and many other pubs close by the complex .
There is public transport available in the circle in colva beach .
Would prefer families / Couples / women as guests . Single men with good reviews . Also Once You Have Booked my Place, Email/ Whats App Me Government issued ID Card ( Driving License/Aadhar Card/Voter ID Card/Passport)
