BATHROOMS - There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - 4 attached and one powder room next to the dining area. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is an air conditioned living room. - The living room is on the ground floor and it seats up to 10-12 people. - It offers a TV and AC. - There is a dining room that offers comfortable seating for up to 6 people and AC. - There is also a separate small outdoor dining area that faces the pool and the mountains and seats up to 6 people. - There are two lawns. The front lawn is 400 sq. ft. and the back lawn is 500 sq. ft. including the pool. - There is a swimming pool. - The pool size is 35 ft x 20 ft with a 4.5 ft depth. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. - However, guests can get their own chef and access the kitchen ...
