This luxurious place to stay is perfect for group trips.
Spacious studio with a queen bed, sofa, TV, drawers, kitchenette (ideal for making tea/coffee/maggi), parking, swimming pool and gym. (Gym and Swimming pool are provided by the society and are at extra cost)
Located in a happening neighborhood, it’s close to all focal government offices, mall, restaurants, pubs & bars. The society has security cameras, guards and smoke/ fire alarms.
Local guests are not allowed.
This is a single studio
The neighborhood is packed with all governmental and non governmental offices (Airtel, TCS, UIDAI (Aadhaar), Lok Ayukta, Indian Oil, HPCL, BPCL, Survey of India, RTI Bhavan, UP Pollution Control Board amongst others), High Court, Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Indira Gandhi Pratisthan, Hyatt & Hilton Hotels,
Free parking available for guests. Covered parking can be made available for guests staying for longer duration (>1 month)
Guests are advised to maintain silence and not cause trouble to other residents of the society.
Guests are not allowed to bring in extra persons in the studio without prior permission from the owner
Guests from Lucknow are not allowed.
All the required amenities are provided in the studio (the only thing you’ll not find is a washing machine). However there are laundries in vicinity.
The pool and gym are not part of the price. These are available at seperate price (200 + taxes)
The guests check in vide a smart lock at the door. The access code will be provided a day before arrival.
This property is located at 500mts drive from my home.
House rules
1. Checkin time is 2PM (no early checkin requests entertained )
2. Checkout time is 12 noon (late checkout not possible)
3. Kitchenette has a kettle n few utensils for eating ur meal . No microwave/ induction available at the place
4. Cleaning service is provided from 11 AM - 2 PM
5. Parties not allowed.
6. No extra guests allowed exception only for kids
7. Guests are advised to maintain silence and not cause trouble to other residents of the society.
8. Smoking within the studio is prohibited. You can smoke in the attached balcony though!

Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
