Our property is a beautiful mud-house set-up in the middle of an apple orchard in Vashisht only approachable on foot. The place is a 20 minute uphill staircase hike from Vashisht Temple. You can take more depending on your fitness level or travel fatigue. The route is scenic & gives you the best views of surrounding areas like Old Manali, Shanag, Goshal and Jogni Waterfalls. From the property, you can also see Friendship Peak & 7 Sisters Peak.

The property is best for those looking for peace, wanting to spend time amidst nature & experiencing the slow mountain life.

The property is only approachable on foot - it is not connected via road.

The property also has bonfire and barbecue set-up. It is the best place to halt if you are looking forward to doing the Bhrigu Lake Trek. We also have a Yoga/activity room.

You can enjoy all of this only if you are up for walking/hiking. As our property is not connected via road, taking the stairs is the only way to reach our place. But as they say, the best views come only after a difficult climb. So, if you are up to witness and experience a true mountain life, this is the place for you.

If you are coming by cab or auto, ask them to drop you at Vashisht temple. If you are coming by your own car, then we shall assist you with parking.

Once you reach the temple, there will be porters who will take your luggage and drop it till the property. We usually receive our guests at the temple and guide them. If that is not possible, we do it via video call.

The payment to the porters to be made directly by the guests. They usually charge 150-200rs per person per round. The rates may change depending on the weather and/or luggages.

We have TWO STANDARD ROOMS with a shared balcony.

Both the rooms have wooden floor with carpets, mud plastered walls that help regulate the temperature and both rooms have attached washroom with geyser. The rooms have storage space, furniture and access to electric kettle. The rooms have common verandah/balcony area. The space has different seating areas. All of it receives sunlight throughout the day.

We have 1 STANDARD ROOM set-up with a private verandah.

This unit is not attached with the standard rooms, giving privacy and space to all our guests. The room has separate bathing and toilet area. It also has an outdoor seating space overlooking the beautiful mountain peaks and villages of the valley. The room is mud plastered and is cozy and comfortable.

We also have 1 ATTIC room. It can accommodate 3-4 people.

This unit is not attached with the standard rooms, giving privacy and space to all our guests. The attic room gives you the best view of Jogni Falls, Seven Sisters Peak, Khanpari and more. It also has a private balcony overlooking the beautiful peaks and villages of the valley. The room is mud plastered and is cozy and comfortable.

Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
