Located at a conveniently accessible location, you’ll find yourself with activities all year round. Experience thrill as you take the ropeway to Bhattafall just a few minutes away from here. If you love waterfalls, you might fall in love with this place as the Bhattafall Waterfall, Mussoorie Waterfall & the Kempty Falls are all just a drive away. Wherever the day takes you, you will love coming back to this home as you relax in the comfy living room & watch the evening sky change its hues.

This is neither a wheelchair-friendly property nor a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- Bejewelled with a sophisticated palette of charming and comfortable wooden furniture, there are 2 bedrooms at this home - 1 on the ground floor and the other on the lower ground floor.
- Each bedroom is equipped with a heater, a king sized bed with cosy electric mattresses, wardrobes, hangers and separate seating areas for guests to enjoy a nice cup of tea as they watch the breathtaking views.
- The bedroom on the ground floor offers a balcony with seating area that overlooks spectacular views of the Mussoorie valleys.
- The home also offers an additional foldable bed and mattress to accommodate extra guests, on request.
- All rooms are equipped with spacious and chic ensuite bathrooms.

BATHROOMS
- There are a total of 3 bathrooms at the property - 2 ensuite bathrooms and 1 common bathroom on the lower ground floor.
- Each attached bathroom offers geysers, heated toilet seats, towels, and toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- Built like a hideaway in a quaint corner of Mussoorie, each corner of this home exudes a feeling of peace, calm and tranquillity.
- Wrapped around with magnificent views all around, the living room is the first space you will walk into as soon as you enter this holiday home
- The living room offers comfortable seating space for 6 people and is equipped with a heater, music system and Wi-Fi access.
- The living room opens up to two balconies that offer seating space and are surrounded by towering trees, lush verdancy and serenity.
- There is a separate dining room on the lower ground floor that can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.
- Taking inspiration from its surroundings, this home is brimming with earthy and cosy furnishing with a hint of glitz and chandeliers.

KITCHEN
- The kitchen is set on the lower ground floor of the property. However, guests do not have access to it.
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery & cutlery.

FOOD
- Breakfast is complimentary.
- All meals can be provided on request, at an additional cost on an a la carte basis.
- The food is freshly prepared by the in-house caretaker who is available till 8 PM only. Guests are requested to place their orders well in advance.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host will not be present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. However, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker resides on the premises of the property and will be available from 8 AM to 8 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can snuggle up in the warm cosy rooms or or play indoor games like cards and ludo, that are available at the property. Guests can take a peaceful walk around the home & embrace the beauty of Mussoorie on foot. Cosy reading corners and spacious balconies can be found in every part of the house; this place is perfect if you want some time to connect with nature.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- A washing machine is available at the property and can be used at an additional charge.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Kindly note that the guests will have to park their cars outside the premises of the property as there is no private parking space.
- The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 4 hours on a chargeable basis.
- Though Airtel provides the strongest network here, all mobile networks work fairly well here too.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker does not stay on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
