This Villa is a minimalistic, luxurious villa, with a gorgeous outdoor pool that overlooks lush greenery and a serene lake. The French windows allow a lot of natural light in, keeping the energy of the space upbeat and positive. The living area has a view of the pool in its beautiful, natural setting. The bedrooms all have hotel-style king-sized beds, and bathrooms are tidy, with 24/7 hot water supply available. At this villa, we are happy to offer not only free breakfast but, with prior notice, a complimentary tour of the nearby York Winery as well! With a huge lawn that can accommodate about 100 people and private parking space for 10 cars, this space is perfect for events as well. Whether it is a big event or just a small group of your favourites getting away, this villa is sure to offer you a time to cherish forever. SpaceLet me walk you through the villa. BEDROOMS:- There are 6 bedrooms - all on the ground floor. - AC and TV are offered in all the rooms. - All bedrooms have king-sized beds. COMMON AREAS: - There is a living room which overlooks the pool. - The dining area seats 8 people.- Guests have access to Wi-Fi.- There is a 2000 sq ft. lawn with accommodation for up to 100 people.- Events can be organized in the lawn on prior notice.- There is a swimming pool that can accommodate up to 15 people at any given time. - The pool is 40x12 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. - Kids must always be accompanied by adults. BATHROOMS: - There are 7 bathrooms - 6 attached and 1 shared. - Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are offered in all the bathrooms. KITCHEN & MEALS: - A complimentary breakfast is offered. - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier. - Crockery and cutlery are available for 20 people. - Guests are not allowed to cook. GUEST ACCESS: Guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen.
