- This charming abode featuring eclectic decor features 4 well-furnished bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.
- All bedrooms offer a myriad of amenities such as a king-sized bed, an extra mattress, AC, TV, Wi-Fi access and a wardrobe.
- Two of the bedrooms on the ground floor feature a designated seating space with a 4-seater sofa just at the entrance and a patio as well.
- Both the bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with an attached balcony overlooking the verdant pastels of the surroundings and the lawn.
- All rooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom.
BATHROOMS
- There are 4 ensuite bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms - one on each floor.
- All attached bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels, a separate dressing area, and basic toiletries.
- 2 of the attached bathrooms on the first floor also feature a bathtub.
COMMON AREAS
- Embellished with contemporary decor and modern furnishings, this charming abode features an expansive living room on the ground floor.
- Featuring a sofa-style seating arrangement for up to 15 people, this room also offers a multitude of curated amenities.
- The amenities include a 65-inch TV, portable music system, 2 ACs, 2 wall-mounted fans, and Wi-Fi access.
- There is a separate dining area on the ground floor that can accommodate up to 12 people at a time.
- It is neither equipped with an AC nor a TV.
- As you make your way to the first floor of this villa, you’ll find an activity room complete with ample space for some fun indoor games.
- It can accommodate up to 10 people.
- There are two such spacious balconies that are attached to the rooms on the first floor.
- Each of them overlooking the splendid surroundings have ample seating arrangements for up to 4 people each.
- Just like the tastefully done interiors of this property, the exteriors also boast a myriad of carefully designed amenities that add to this villa’s grandeur.
- As you enter through gates, set afoot the lush green sprawling lawns on either side of the well-paved path.
