Space:
Let me walk you through the villa:
Bedrooms: (1 bedroom on the ground floor & 1 on the first floor)
- The villa has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms
- Both the rooms have a “5x6” bed and can accommodate up to 4 people each with an extra bed (extra mattresses would be provided)
- Rooms offer a very scenic view of the lush green surroundings and the Godavari Lake
- Fresh linens and pillows are provided in all rooms
COMMON AREAS
- There is a living room that offers a TV.
- It gives an unrestricted view of the Godavari Lake.
- There is a spacious open dining area at this property.
- The villa has a huge private lawn.
- The lawn can comfortably accommodate up to 15-20 people hence, making it ideal for events and large gatherings
- Guests can enjoy a de-stressing soak in the private jacuzzi, at no additional cost.
Bathrooms:
- The villa has 2 attached bathrooms.
- The bathrooms provide geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, crockery and a water dispenser.
FOOD
- Breakfast is complimentary. Guests can order vegetarian or non-vegetarian meal options on an à la carte basis.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Guests can also choose to order in food or take away from the Grape Country Resort.
Lawn:
- The villa has a huge private lawn.
- Lawn can easily accommodate up to 15-20 people hence, making it ideal for events and large gatherings
House Rules:
- Footwear is not allowed inside the villa.
- Music is not allowed post 10 PM.
Guest Access:
- Guests have access to the entire villa.
- There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.
- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
Interaction with Guests:
The host is not present at the property but is accessible via call or message. A trained and a responsible caretaker is also present at the property to solve all your queries whenever required.
Home Truths:
- We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, cellular network works fairly well.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
- Given the increased need for sanitization and deep cleaning required before every stay, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for the safety of the guests and staff members.
- Kindly keep all windows and doors shut throughout the day, especially during monsoons, given the presence of insects around.
- This property cannot be booked by the local residents of Nashik.
- The road leading up to the villa is not concrete and has potholes owing to the unfavourable weather conditions.
- This is a pet-friendly property. However, it will depend on the type of pet and the breed of the pet. 
- An additional charge of Rs.1500 will be levied for per pet, per day.
