If you don't want to bother yourself with cooking, please feel free to order our home made breakfast and meals at Rs. 175/- and Rs. 300/- respectively. These vegetarian tasty delicasies are made at our home and delivered to you in tiffin. We strongly recommend trying this tasty fare. YMoreover, you have choice of as many as 25 restaurants within a radius of 1.5 km offering various cuisines!. You can also order food on Swiggy and Zomato.
There is also free parking, both covered and uncovered for your vehicle in the building.
The guests can access the entire apartment and treat it as their home. They can use cable TV and Wi-Fi to their liking. The kitchen is fitted with all necessary equipment for preparing tea/coffee as well as food. You just need to have provisions to get to your culinary journey started; you can get the ingredients from any of the multiple shops located close to the apartment.

This apartment is located in low income neighborhood of Dilshad Colony in a Builder Floor apartment building. The area is very very safe inhabited by friendly neighbors, but it is not posh. The apartment is close to market place where all essential as well as luxury goods are available.
Dilshad Garden metro station on Red Line is a drive of only about 5 minutes. Uber, Ola cabs and auto-rickshaws (tuk-tuks) are easily available in the neighborhood.
We have excellent cooking facilities and we provide homely food...very very healthy and tasty. Please look at guidebook for prices of food. We provide services of care taker and also have RO water machine for safe drinking water.

An Early Check-in (before 2 pm on the 1st day of your booking) depends on whether there are guests staying the previous day. If we do not have guests staying the previous day, we shall certainly accommodate you!
If you require a late checkout (after 11am), please write to us. If the room is free the following day (i.e. we have no other bookings), we shall certainly accommodate you.
As per government law, use of any narcotics drug including marijuana is strictly prohibited. We discourage consumption of alcohol and the apartment is not available for parties where alcohol and smoking
