It's a beautiful Villa in the outer city of Srinagar, on the way to Sonmarg, lies among the safest areas of Kashmir, the world famous Dal Lake is only 1.0 KM away, the area also premises The University of Kashmir, Hazratbal Shrine and National Institute of Technology within a range of 2-3 KMs. Mughal Gardens and other major tourist areas are within a range of 5-7 KMs only.

The Guest room is as good as any 5 star room, with a king size bed and a pantry on the side and a large terrace in the front with exceptional landscape of Mountains and Glaciers all around, the 2nd room is adjacent to it.
It is the 2nd floor of the villa which is separate from rest of the house.

Guests shall have access to most of the amenities of the villa, including the pantry, Laundry, Terrace, Garden, Parking and Kitchen if need be, another extra room in case of 2 more Guest is also available on the first floor.

All travel facilities could be organised for the the guests at request, including, Tours, treks, recreation, adventure sports etc.

Airport transfers and site seeing is also available on request.

Doctor on Call is also Available.
