5 min walk to Higashi Shinjuku station, 1 stop by train from Shinjuku, 13 min walk to JR Shinjuku station. Delicious Thai food, bakeries, sushi, Italian, Spanish and Indian restaurants are just a short walk away. There is also a public bath in front of our place, so if you want to soak in the bathtub, you can take a bath immediately.
The room is a simple room with the image of an apartment in Paris. Perfect for business, long-term stays, and sightseeing. There is a lot of privacy with one household on each floor. Both East/West sides have windows. If you open both side windows, the wind will come out and it will be very comfortable. There is a separate toilet bath and an independent wash basin. No bathtub, but publick bath is a few seconds walk away. The kitchen is compact for living, but it is functional and has large windows. (There is a graveyard on the other side of the road. The windows are blindfolded.)

5 minutes walk to Higashi Shinjuku station, 1 stop by train from Shinjuku. JR Shinjuku Station is a 13-minute walk away. From Higashi Shinjuku to Shinjuku Station, you can fully enjoy the nightlife on foot as you pass through Kabukicho! Okubo station is also a 13-minute walk, so you can shop in Korean Town and enjoy Korean food.

As a base for sightseeing spots, you can use the Oedo Line to reach Shinjuku and Roppongi without changing trains, and the Fukutoshin Line to Meiji Jingu (Harajuku) and Shibuya, without changing trains.

The room has a full private feeling due to 1 household on each floor. There is a karaoke cafe on the 1st floor, but since the room is on the 4th floor, you can hardly hear any sound. (Please refrain from booking if you are nervous about the sound.) We set up this room to enjoy a unique and enjoyable accommodation experience. The kitchen is a little small, but there are many places to eat, and take out. You can enjoy finding delicious restaurants around the apartment.
