★A basement home theater room (the area is 28 square meters) where you can watch Amazon Fire TV with your Amazon account, located in a convenient place close to restaurants (Sushi, Italian, Spanish, or Indian) and a public bathhouse (sento)!
*The room gets a slight amount of sunlight only in the morning as it is a basement.
*There is a karaoke bar on the first floor which is open irregularly. You will hear the karaoke sound from 18:00 to 23:00. Not really loud. But I will inform just in case.
*You can bring up to two music instruments to the room. The room is not soundproof, so the sound should not be very loud and disturbing.
*No washing machine in the room, but you can get to the nearest laundromat within two minutes.
A stylish home theater room on the basement with window facing east, has a light that lets in the morning sun. This is an old building, but the rooms have been renovated. The room is equipped with a large dehumidifier and a 24HR
ventilation fan. There is an elevator to the basement. (There is always a circulator in the elevator hall, but since it is an enclosed space, it may get a little moldy at certain times of the year.)
There is no bathtub, but there is a shower booth. The kitchen is a compact kitchen for one person. The room is equipped with a projector and an Amazon Fire TV, so you can enjoy movies with your own Amazon account at high volume. （There is no washing machine in the room, but the nearest coin laundry is a 2-minute walk away.
There are also rooms on other floors of the same building, so please inquire for groups.

The room is on the B1 floor, so it does not get much sunlight.
Since the first floor is a karaoke cafe, the sound of karaoke can be heard from 7pm to 11pm. (Business hours are irregular.)
