The Lake Townhouse is a big house accommodation with a heating system in winter which allows staycation not only in summer but in winter as well, and provides cultural connection, healthy food and active lifestyle.
The cottage is located in Issyk-Kul region, in Cholpon- Ata city, 1.5 km from the beach, with all amenities and free parking space within and outside of the premises.
It has 8 rooms, each room has coffee table/desk to work with chairs, private balcony, walk in wardrobe, comfortable king size bed or 2 single beds with high quality orthopedic mattresses, and cotton bed sheets, private suite with shower.
There is a fully staffed kitchen with filtered tap water which will save your money from buying plastic bottles. We try to minimize the use of any plastic bags and bottles. And we do have laundry service.
Our freshly prepared breakfast can be served to you on request or you can use our shared kitchen for cooking or enjoying a morning coffee .
Our friendly family staff will make you feel connected to Kyrgyzstan hospitality with their smiles and attention to your needs.
Rooms are convenient for 2 guests or a family with a child (Additional sofa can be added for extra cost). Big groups of people also will find this place ideal. It’s a picturesque place to rest, relax and enjoy the village views. From our terrace you can overlook the lake on the right and the mountains on your left.
The Lake Townhouse is ideally located within easy reach, 15 minute walk, to the center with markets and shopping streets, yet we are a heaven of natural charm and piece. We are 3.5 hour drive from the international airport. We can arrange Airport pick up or other hotel transfers on request.
Choplon Ata is an ideal place for natural and cultural activities. Trekking, jogging, downhill cycling, swimming, performances, cultural places visits.
Guests can access the living room, kitchen, front yard, parking area, open balconies and a terrace.
There always will be family staff available if guests will need anything, or any travel advice.
And I am available online , will do my best to respond as soon as possible.
Despite the city, calm and peaceful place at the foot of the mountain with easy and quick access to the main road.

The main road - 5 min walk
City Center - 1 km ( fresh markets, shopping streets, 24/7 supermarket)
Public Beach - 1 km.
Cultural Center Rukh-Ordo - 5 mins driving (the must visit place. It Is showing 5 different religions: Islam,Buddhism, Judaism, Orthodoxy, and Catholicism)
Hippodrome Cholpon Ata - after crossing the main road - 500 meters (where the Nomad Games is held)
Gazprom Petrol Station- 300 meters.
LONG TERM STAY
✔ Twice a week basic cleaning (sweep & mop)
✔ Once a week bed sheet and towel renewal
✔ Fully equipped kitchen with filtered tap water
✔ Include electricity bills. Please be wise in using it
CHECK-IN POLICY
Please be informed that our check-in time is at 1PM by default. However, you can check-in around 12 PM if there is no guest before you.
CHECKOUT POLICY
Please be informed that our check-out time is at 12 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability . However, you can pack your luggage by noon and keep it with us until your flight.
INFANT
As long as you are okay to share the same bed with your infant then it will be okay to bring them.
NON SMOKING POLICY
Strictly no smoking in the bedrooms and main living areas.
