NOTE: that There are no Grab services around at Desaru. The best option is guest needs own transport travel to places and attractions.

Fully Equipped Kitchenette with a microwave, water dispenser (offering hot, warm, and cold water), a small fridge to store your snacks and drinks, and a washer for your laundry needs. Basic kitchen utensils are also provided, making it convenient for preparing light meals or snacks.
Step outside to the Private Balcony, where you can enjoy outdoor seating and soak in the peaceful atmosphere, offering a serene escape from the busy city life.

Check-In Process:
Before accessing the apartment, guests will need to visit our office at Escadia, Taman Desaru Utama to collect a Temporary Visitor Pass. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you the exact address and a step-by-step video guide to make the process as smooth as possible.
Exclusive Access:
Please note that Desaru Tiara is a private apartment residence, and only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to enter the unit. This ensures a peaceful, secure environment for all our guests.
Occupancy Details:
- Our unit accommodates a maximum of 3 guests.
- 2 children (ages 1–12) count as 1 adult for occupancy purposes, so you may book for 2 adults + 2 children.
- If you plan to bring additional guests beyond the 3-person limit, please inform us in advance.
- An additional fee of RM50 per adult and RM25 per child (1–12 years old) will apply for extra guests beyond the maximum occupancy.
