Our unit is in a newly built condo facing the sea and located at the heart of Kota Kinabalu city. Your family will be close to everything when you stay here, a mere minutes of walks to Central Market, Filipino Market, KK Plaza, Durian Street, Water Front Bar Street, Centre Point Mall, Wisma Merdeka Mall, Gaya Street etc and only 15 minutes drive from KK International Airport.
Free airport pick up for guests staying 2 nights or more and arriving at Kota Kinabalu International Airport before 12.00 midnight.
The unit is a converted 2 bedrooms condo, compact yet fully furnished with all the basic amenities for a comfort home-like stay. Both bedroom are furnished with queen size bed and a sofa bed at the living space, able to accommodate up to 5 persons comfortably.
Equipped with smart TV plus Netflix subscription, 2 doors refrigerator, microwave oven, induction cooker, bread toaster, jug kettle, washing machine, iron & ironing board for the ease of your stay.
Free Wifi for you to get connected 24/7, be it for leisure or business. Username and password will be provided during check in.
Toiletries, hair dryer, towels were also provided as well.
Guests that drove their vehicle can park at the in house parking lots with a payment of RM3 for 1st 3 hours follow by RM1 per additional hour. There is no limit on the number of vehicles because The Shore is a commercial building.
The condo itself provides quite a luxurious experience such as the rotating sky bar (opening soon), the observation deck, wading pool, pool deck and open air swimming pool for individuals and families to relax and enjoy on a hot sunny day. (Please note that the pool will be closed for maintenance every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12.00 noon to 3.00pm). Children playground is built within the building to entertain the kids; terrace and hammock garden is playfully incorporated into the landscape to provide a sense of holiday feel to the residents.
This is a newly completed condo, there might be some renovation noises here and there from 8.00am to 5.00pm on weekday.
