FYI, staying at a hotel within 500m radius from Central Kota Kinabalu Town especially with the Sea View could cost you at least RM400++/$150++ per night and it's just for a standard room.
If you stay here, you'll only pay half of the price + you'll get me as your host + the location is perfectly strategic same like those hotels. Why pay more?
