The condo is named Bintang Fairlane Residence, which is located just behind Lot 10 with only 2 mins walking distance to Pavilion and other malls nearby. Despite the old look of the building, our comfortable and clean 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for budget family travelers. It comes with:

Guests may access anytime into the property with 24hrs security.
24/7 check-in system, keys can be collected from the mailbox anytime! (Check-in/Check-out easy instructions will be given to you once the booking is confirmed, you may rest assured that the process is fairly simple)
Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged. (No guarantee, we will try our best to arrange)
Standard Check-in: 3:00pm+
Standard Check-out: 12:00pm-
Other things to note
(1) REGISTRATION
For security purposes, upon arrival, please register by filling up a registration form. Only need to fill in one main person's details.
(2) RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES
Strictly NO smoking, no drugs, no pets, no strong odor substances, and no parties/events allowed in the unit. (Penalty RM500 will be imposed)
(3) EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT
Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. Though, it can be arranged. Please do reach out to us if you wish to check in early/ check out late. Late checkout without the host's permission will impose a RM100/hour late checkout penalty.
(4) SWIMMING POOL
Swimming pool (Block A) is open daily from 8 am-10 pm. Guests are required to wear proper swimming attire otherwise are not allowed to enter the swimming pool.
(5) GYM
Gym is only available for long-term stay guests (more than 30 days stay). Guests are required to wear proper sports attire otherwise are not allowed to use the gym.
(6) BATH TOWELS
Only 2 bath towels are provided, kindly request in advance from the host if extra towels are needed.
(7) BABY CHAIR & BABY CRIB/PLAYPEN
Baby chair and baby playpen can be provided with a charge upon request but is subject to availability.
(8) KITCHEN LIGHT COOKING
Kitchen only for light cooking using Ceramic cooker (Stove not allowed for use)
(9) SECURITY DEPOSIT
No security deposit is needed. Guests will only be charged in the event of any damage caused to the furniture or stubborn stains caused onto our linen or towels, carpet, rug, sofa, chairs, painting.
(10) EXTRA CLEANING
Extra cleaning can be arranged with an extra charge. Feel free to contact us to arrange extra cleaning session.
