FREE High-Speed WiFi (100 mbps) plus 50 inch Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix access (your own log in account). Allows you to enjoy a precious time with your family or best friend.

The service suite also included a kitchen area with cooking utensils provided for you to prepare a food during your stay. We also provided other electric appliances provided: Refrigerator, Microwave, Kettle, Iron & Hair Dryer

Bathroom with Washing Machine, Instant Water Heater, Bath Towel & Shower Gel.

On-site Self check-in needed for key collection after 3pm. We will send you the Self check-in instruction one day before arrival.

1. The is Homestay and you need to collect the Access Card by yourself (No Counter Available). We will send you the Self check-In instruction one day before arrival. Access Card need to be placed back to our nominated place during the check-out time

2. There is No Free Parking Provided. Secure Paid Parking on site with First 1 hours RM3.00 and subsequent RM3.00 per hour. Full day flat rate RM15per day. (Payment thru TouchNGo or Credit Card)

3. If you taking Cab to our location, you may access from Berjaya Time Square Shopping Mall Main Entrance proceed for self-collect access card

4. If you are driving to our location, you may park your car at Berjaya Time Square Shopping Mall (near to Service Suites Life at East Tower) proceed for self-collect access card.

5. This is a Non-Smoking room. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on premises, including balcony. A RM200 fine will be assessed if the guest house smells of smoke upon departure

6. No Party or Group Gathering allowed - any evidence of parties or events will result in a RM200 fine.

7. Check-out time is by 12pm. Late check-out will result in a charge of RM50 per Hour and is subject to availability.

8. Baggage Storage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out

9. Every time you use kitchen, be sure to wash all the dishes and keep them clean.

10. Garbage should be thrown into the garbage room located outside the room every day to avoid attracting cockroach, ants, worm etc.
