Our guards will need to identify and register your ID so please always bring your national identification card or passport (if you are non-Malaysian) to access the building. Always have your booking confirmation (printed or digital) ready to present when requested by the security.
A kind reminder to ensure yourself enough time to pack and leave nothing behind after your check out. We will not be responsible for your belongings. Our housekeepers are trained to dispose of anything left behind if found, including food and valuables, unless clearly stated as tips.
