Our place is called Bukit Bintang, also known as Golden Triangle - the most happening place in KL. All the following top tourist hotspots are within 5 to 15 min walks from Robertson :
- Jalan Alor ( most famous food street in KL ), approx 5 mins.
- Changkat Bukit Bintang ( most famous night life, bar & bistro, massage parlour ) approx 5 to 10 mins.
- Pudu, another food haven for locals, approx 15 mins.
- China Town ( since 1857, the earliest KL settlement ) approx 5 to 10 mins.
- Central Market ( since 1888, Art & Cultural mall )
- KL Tower ( highest viewing deck in KL ) & bird park, approx 15 mins.
- Star Hill and Pavillion ( the best shopping mall in KL ) approx 10 to 12 mins.
- Times Square shopping mall, approx 5 mins.
- KLCC twin tower, approx 15 mins.
1. Coming from Airport to Robertson :
- Airport transfer is available, about RM120 for 7 seaters car, good for group with some luggages.
- Grab ( merged with Uber ) from Airport is RM80 for 4 seaters car.
- Take Airport Express Train/Bus to KL Sentral station, then use Grab/LRT/MRT to Robertson.
2. Moving Around Robertson :
A. The LRT (Light Rail Transport) & MRT (Mass Rapid Transit).
Both are the most extensive rail system within the Klang Valley. The closest stations to you are Plaza Rakyat Station ( LRT, approx 7 min walk from our place ) and Merdeka Station ( MRT, approx 10 min walk from our place ). Both are in the same place being interchange stations. Both stations can take you to the 3 top shopping destinations in town.
1) LRT to KLCC.
To go to KLCC, you should take the LRT from Plaza Rakyat Station to Masjid Jamek Station.
From Masjid Jamek Station, you should swap over to the Kelana Jaya Line and go to the KLCC Station.
2) MRT to Bukit Bintang/Pavillion
Bukit Bintang is the Central Shopping District. Take the MRT from Merdeka Station to Bukit Bintang Station. By walk, it takes about 10 minutes.
3) LRT to Mid Valley MegaMall
To go to Mid Valley Mega Mall, you should take the LRT from Plaza Rakyat Station to Masjid Jamek Station.
From Masjid Jamek Station, you should swap over to the Kelana Jaya Line and go to the Abdullah Hukum Station. There is a link bridge connecting you from the Abdullah Hukum station directly to Mid Valley Garden/Megamall.
B. Grab
Grab is your personal chauffeur service ( like Uber ) . Download the Grab App from Android Playstore or Apple App store.
C. Concierge.
The concierge service can help you with transportation needs, daily housekeeping services (with a fee), event arrangement, dining and ticketing reservations. You can get KL map at the counter and KL events (i.e concerts, marathon and etc ) from the TV at the lounge/lobby.

Lazy to walk to Timesquare, Pavillion or KLCC? we provide free transport from Robertson Residence to above 3 drop off points and vice versa at the following times & subject to terms and conditions ( pls text to check ).
Morning anytime between 10am to 12noon : from Residence to drop off points
Night anytime between 8pm to 10pm : from drop off points to Residence.

F. Rent a bike
Robertson has a Obike parking zone. Just download Obike apps ( Apple Store or Android ) and sign up. Follow the instruction at the Obike parking zone to use your bike.
G. Rent a car
Robertson is also a designated Gocar parking zone. Just download the Gocar apps ( Apple Store or Android ) and start rent a car by hours or days.
