Closer to home at a walk away is Sunway Giza Plaza, which also hosts a number of restaurants and shops. For those who are not bothered to head out, they may take a walk down the stairs to the Encorp Strand Shopping Mall where they can catch a movie at TGV or chill out at Starbucks.
Encorp Strand Residences is extremely well located just off the highways of New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), the Damansara - Puchong Highway and the SPRINT Highway. Public transportation will also be extremely convenient as it is just only 750 metres away from the MRT Surian station. You can explore KL city with ease.
