This homestay is a double storey-link house. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Ideal for a big group of guests. 16pax with beds/mattresses, pillows, blankets & towels. Shower gel, shampoo n conditioner also provided.
Cooking is allowed! Microwave, oven & fridge are available.
Our place was fitted with BLONDAL WATER FILTER which can be consumed directly. Guests don’t have to buy mineral water!
Electric Steamboat pot & electric BBQ sets are available.
Washing machine and dryer are available too.
•We installed 5 brand new air conditioners for your comfort. (Entire house has air condintioners except bathroom & kitchen)
•WIFI with 100MB (Super-Fast), TV 55’’ hair dryer, iron, Shower amenities body gel, shampoo, conditioner and towels are provided too!
First Aid kit and smoke detector device installed in the house.
•Enjoy a peaceful sleep with our non penetrating sunlight curtains which creates cozy deep sleeping environment!
There are 4 parking spaces available onsite.
Open parking is available (60 meters away) to park along the road shoulders beside a water reservoir.
Public transport is only 300 meters away (Cab, Bus & LRT)
For unconfirmed bookings, all enquiries are welcomed only via agoda.
For confrimed bookings, agoda will provide guests with the host's email, sms and phone number. Phone calls are encouraged only during real emergencies. Chatting is encouraged as it’s more precise n clearer.
Our hosts are more than happy to attend to any queries guests may have.
Strategic & centralized location. Less than 1 km away from police and fire station. Four shopping malls and about 150 shops are within 1km range!
Less than 2 km away from Sunway pyramid / Sunway lagoon or about 5 minutes drive only!!!
Walking distance(300meters or 5 minutes ) to Train station/ bus/ taxis.
Please control your noise levels after 10.30 pm onwards. This is a community where peace is utmost respected.
For functions/ shooting additional charges will be minimum RM300-RM500.
And for functions/shooting need to hire RELA security personnel for orderly conduct.
RM10/hour and RM10 for meal allowance for RELA.
