1. Please note that we are NOT from front desk , hence check in is NOT through counter.
2. A refundable security deposit may be required upon check-in and fully refundable upon check out subject to inspection of the accommodation. Any deposit refund via bank transfer will take 2-3 working days.
3. Our office hour is close after 11pm. If you need any assistance , we are happy to assist you on the next morning after 9am.
4. Strictly NON-SMOKING rooms. RM100 fine for room smoker.
5. Guests are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room or to the Hotel premises caused by you or any persons in your group (whether or not staying at the Hotel) during your stay. We reserve the right to debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion.
6. Nest Home will not be responsible for any loss or damage of belongings left in guest's room and/or the Hotel property at all times.
