1. Host is available from 8am till 12midnight, for any questions and help. (over mobile).
2. If there are any emergency, host will come personally to address the issues.

5. Strictly no party in the house.
6. Strictly no deep frying in the house. (Only light cooking allowed).
7. Switch off Aircond and all electrical appliance when not using them.
8. We would be grateful if you could remove the trash/rubbish from the unit, to avoid roaches in the house. (not mandatory)
9. Please ensure to take all your belongings with you before checking out.
