- Welcome! Before confirming your booking, we kindly ask that you take a moment to review our house rules. These guidelines are in place to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for everyone.
- A damage deposit of RM1000 will be collect by bank transfer prior to 1 day before check in, it's refundable in 3 working days after checkout subject to inspection of property.
- In case, if you need to use the BBQ equipment it's RM270 per set. Do make payment in advance.
- This property is able to fit 26 guest, if you have more guest please refer to host. There's additional fee applicable RM500 - 1000 for additional guest/ commercial use/ team building/ wedding/ celebration/ party & etc.

>> We clean the pool as often as possible on Every Sunday & Wednesday (12pm - 3pm). Please inform host if you refuse this arrangement during your stay. We always respect guest and get permission.
