Guests can check in anytime after 3pm and before 10pm of the same day.

Check-In after 10PM will have an extra charge of RM100.

Cleaning fee is collected at once for cleaning, laundry purposes and cleaning after check out. Additional cleaning service can be arranged upon request with a fee of RM100/cleaning.

Penalty Fees up to RM3,000.00 will be charged in the event of the loss of each access card(s), found smoking or partying in the unit separately.

For stay-duration of a week or above, guests are responsible for keeping electricity usage at befitting (10kWh) per day. By exceeding the usage, guests are required to pay the extra amount exceeding and the host has the rights to request the extra charges.

Hosts reserve the right to change units for guests in case of emergency with/ without prior notice with an equivalent or better replacement unit.
