Guests can check in anytime after 3pm and before 10pm of the same day.
Check-In after 10PM will have an extra charge of RM100.
Please inform us your approximate arrival time, so that I can make sure the unit is ready for you.
There is No any free car park provided, however we may provide a parking card at a daily rate of RM20 which allows guests to park inside the apartment subject to availability.
Guests may also park at Wilson Parking which is a basement parking located next to Sky Suites with a rate of RM4.50/hr and up to RM13/day only but multiple charges on multiple entries.
Additional cleaning service can be arranged upon request with a fee of RM50/cleaning.
Penalty Fees up to RM3,000.00 will be charged in the event of the loss of each access card(s), found smoking or partying in the unit separately.
For stay-duration of a week or above, guests are responsible for keeping electricity usage at befitting (20kWh) per day. By exceeding the usage, guests are required to pay the extra amount exceeding and the host has the rights to request the extra charges.
Hosts reserve the right to change units for guests in case of emergency with/ without prior notice with an equivalent or better replacement unit.

对于一周或以上的住宿时间，客人有责任将每天的用电量保持在合适的（20kWh）。超过使用量，客人需支付超出部分的额外费用，房东有权要求支付额外费用。
房东保留在紧急情况下为客人更换单位的权利，无论是否事先通知，都使用同等或更好的更换单位。
