Our comfortable studio loft comes with a spacious living room, kitchen area including a balcony. Our studio sleeps maximum of 5 individuals as it includes a queen bed plus we provide 3 floor mattresses complimentary. This unit has 2 bathrooms ,in the common area and in the bedroom which is located on the upper floor. Convenient access to 7-elevens, small eat outs right below of the apartment and also nearby major shopping malls such as 1 Utama ,The Curve/IKEA ,Starling Mall.

This unit is completed with 1 x Queen Size bed, 1 x Sofa and 3x Floor mattress. Maximum can fit in 5 person. There are 2 washrooms. The one located on top is complete with water heater shower. Where as the one downstairs is for your convenience only.

You can also choose to do your laundry at the "self-service" laundry/dobi located on Level G. They provide a washer and a dryer.

Kitchen comes with a microwave,water kettle,induction cooker,chopping board, a pan, cutleries and utensils and a Fridge. Light cooking is recommended but try to avoid heavy cooking as it causes a lot of smoke and smells. This will certainly affect our next guest 's experience in this unit.

Parking is FREE.
