This is a newly renovated Studio Suite - Comfortable & Luxurious. With the room layout – 61m2 / 657 sqft, is larger than most Homestay in Kuala Lumpur with an affordable price. Is perfectly fit for 4 guests to have very good night sleep with the Comfortable King size bed and 2 floor mattress
We will provide FREE High-Speed WiFi (100 mbps) plus 50 inch Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix (your own log in account). Allows you to enjoy a precious time with your Love one.
We also provided other electric appliances: Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Microwave, Oven, Kettle, Iron & Hair Dryer
For dining area, there is a kitchen Counter with 2 Bar chairs included full dinnerware. You can enjoy a good dinner with your Love one and family.
Our Bathroom completed with Instant Water Heater shower, Bath Towel & Shower Gel.
For guest who drive a car, we will provide 1 Covered and secured Car Park. This building is cover with 24-hours security surveillance, enter Lift & lobby with access card.

1. The is Homestay and you need to collect the Access Card by yourself (No Counter Available). We will send you the Self Check-In instruction one day before arrival. Access Card need to be placed back to our nominated place during the check-out time
2. This is a Non-Smoking room. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on premises, including balcony. A RM200 fine will be assessed if the guest house smells of smoke upon departure
3. No Party or Group Gathering allowed - any evidence of parties or events will result in a RM200 fine.
4. Check-out time is by 12pm. Late check-out will result in a charge of RM50 per Hour and is subject to availability.
5. Baggage Storage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out
6. Every time you use kitchen, be sure to wash all the dishes and keep them clean.
7. Garbage should be thrown into the garbage room located outside the room every day to avoid attracting cockroach, ants, worm etc.
