A very warm welcome to all the guests to our tastefully furnished 1 bedroom suite located at KL City Centre, right in the middle of KL Golden Triangle. The space is only 3 mins walk to Bukit Bintang, Pavillion and Lot 10.
The space has an artsy touch, full height windows and an aircond in living room and also bedroom. It also has 100 Mbps High Speed WiFi and an unlimited access to Netflix movies.
The space is suitable for family or friends travelling. You will have a great time here.
One of the highlights of my space is that it is located very centrally in the middle of Kuala Lumpur Golden Triangle, allowing guests to walk (3-5 mins) to various popular city center locations and public transportation options as shown below:

We set up the space using an artsy touch in mind to provide guests with an authentic Malaysia agoda experience. Some entertainment such as Youtube and unlimited Netflix streaming are provided to round up a wonderful and memorable stay.
This condo is centrally located in KL City Centre @ Bukit Bintang. Guest can use the infinity swimming pool and gym at Level 26 rooftop. Both pool and gym overlook the entire KL City Centre - giving guest a bird eye's view on how KL City looks like.
The building is located within 3 mins walking distance to Bukit Bintang MRT Station, Bukit Bintang Monorail Station and Jalan Imbi Monorail Station.
It is also surrounded by Lot 10, Fahrenheit, Sungei Wang Plaza and Times Square. Within 5 mins walking distance to Pavillion and Starhill Shopping Gallery. In short, everything is within walking distance and you will have a super high level of accessibility to wherever you want to go to ! =)
At ground floor of our condominium lobby, there is a well-equipped 7-11 convenience store that opens 24 hours daily. This will also allow guests to buy anything they need within arm's length.

3) Pavillion is just 5 minutes walk away, which have an air-conditioned link bridge bringing you directly to KLCC Petronas Twin Towers within a 10 mins walk.
1) Kindly turn off electricity when not using
2) Quiet hours after 11pm
3) No smoking inside the unit, but you can smoke at rooftop open air
4) Kindly leave the place clean and tidy after checked-out
