The unit is 653 sq. ft. which consists of one bedroom which can fit 2 guests, one bathroom, one working space, kitchen with complete with daily usage items, dining area and spacious living room.

Living room with 3-seater sofa, smart TV and air conditioner. 100 Mbps fast speed WiFi is provided.

Bedroom with a king size bed and 4 hotel grade pillows. There is one make-up table beside the bed.

Bathroom with shampoo, body wash, hand wash and bath water filter. Can choose hot and cold water.

Kitchen with refrigerator, built-in induction cooker and microwave, hob and hood. Cooking utensils are provided.
