You have full privacy for your stay and provided with TIME (100mbps) internet wifi and special cast or streaming device Android TV Box. U can watch all Local Channels IPTV/Xstro Full Channel/VOD/ LIVE SPORTS CHANNEL/MOVIE/DRAMA/SERIES. Other than that, you also can stream and enjoy the free online movie from Netflix.

>>>The length of stays?
1 day for minimum and 5 days is maximum but if you wanna stay more than 5 days, please text me in Inbox to arrange it.

>>>What is list of amenities provided in this space?
Fully equipped queen king size extra with mattress, microwave oven, 49 inch SONY TV, Android TV BOX, hop and hood for cooking, cooking set, fridge, build in clothes wardrobe and shoes cabinet for long stay, sofa , electric kettle, 2 air-conditions and remote fan, iron,water heater, towel,and washer.

>>> What about early check in and late check out?
Early check in and late check out will be charged rm12/hour depend on availabilty on that day. Need to pay by online transfer after booking confirmed. This rate still can negotiate with host

Staying at hotel a hotel within 5 km radius from this unit could cost you at least RM200++ per night and it's just standard room. If you stay here, you just need to spend half of the price with amazing amenities provided and you will get me as your host + the strategic location same like a hotel. Why PAY more?
