It is an attractive corner lot 1 1/2 storey house with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. It has a garden with flowers, fruit trees & a herb corner. You can have tea outdoors as a garden bench, table & chairs plus a swing are provided. There is a children's playground & a Muslim prayer centre nearby. Higher educaton centres nearby are KUIS, UKM, USIM ,Nilai University & UPM. Shops nearby are restaurants, dhoby, grocery, supermarkets (TESCO, CS, Nilai 3) and even a car repair shop. Bangi Wonderland, a new theme park is 1 km away.

The guests will be greeted in the living room with a Welcome Basket containing complimentary mineral water, 3 in 1 drinks, snacks & sweets. A flat screen television provides free Netflix movies in that room which has a large sofa bed & a bean bag too.. Between the living room and the kitchen is the dining area with a contemporary table & stools. The complete kitchen contains a fridge, rice-cooker, microwave oven, toaster, gas stove & cooker hood, cooking utensils and cutlery. A washing machine with washing powder, iron & ironing board, & clothes rack are provided. All 3 bedrooms have air-condition & a fan. Each bedroom has its own colourful gem theme! The upstairs calming Sapphire Masterbedroom has a queen sized bed, a sofa bed, a roll-away mattress & an en-suite bathroom equipped with hot water. Downstairs is the bright Ruby Bedroom in the front, with 2 single beds, The golden Topaze Bedroom in the rear, has a queen sized bed.. Next to the kitchen is the downstairs bathroom & children's indoor play corner. Recyclng is encouraged & baskets are provided.
