The Blessing Homez are fully equipped with homely amenities :
1) Living area with sofa bed, coffee table, TV, air con, WiFi, books and boardgames
2) Multiple TV programmes (Android TV Box)
3) Working area (foldable table and comfy carpet)
4) Dining area with cutlery sets provided
5) Kitchen area with light cooking allowed (induction cooker, air fryer, cooking pot, electric kettle, fridge)
6) Sleeping area including 2 queen size beds and one sofa bed which can total serve up to 5 pax. Wardrobe has been provided. Hairdryer, ironing board, iron and hangers are inside the wardrobe.
7) Spacious bathroom with water heater, big mirror, shower gels
8) Free water and electricity
9) Safe and secured. Double locks for the suite (Smart digital lock and steel lock). Security guards are 24 hours stationed at every entrance inside the suite. They are patrolling around that area outside the suite every hour during night time as well
This is a self check in studio unit, our official check in time is 3pm and till any flexible hour on the day itself and official check out time is 11am for our guests the next day. Cleaning service is provided by the host and all are ??

*Check in early*
1) If guests wish to check in early before 3pm, we will ensure previous guests done checking out by 11am and cleaner done cleaning before you can check in early. We will notify you in apps if you let us know you want to check in early.

*Check in late*
1) On the day itself, for guests see the availability on calendar and wish to book and may check in late after 3pm, he or she is allowed to check in till any flexible hour just on the same day once booking is confirmed.

Guest connect with us via agoda chat box. We will reply as soonest as possible (usually within 1 hour) or latest within 6 hours after midnight hours.

There are some rules which we are strictly adhered to in order to let our guests for having the best experience in our stay :
1) All payments can only be dealt in agoda apps. No payment is allowed via private social accounts.
2) No smoking is allowed. Penalty RM300 to whom failing to do so.
