• This Homestay is located at the Hearts of Bandar Sunway and is shared the same building with a famous hotel – Sunway Pyramid Hotel.
• This property is direct connected to one of the Malaysia Largest Shopping Mall - Sunway Pyramid Mall which very easier to get foods and do some shopping.
• This property also very close to Sunway Lagoon Theme Park Entrance (About 50-meter distance). Is a perfect choice for a family, a couple or best friend for holiday or short break.

The Space
• With the room layout – 51m2 / 549 sqft. This studio unit can host for maximum 4 guests for a good night sleep with 2 Super Single size bed and 1 Queen Size Bed.
• Private Balcony with spectacular view of Sunway City
• FREE High-Speed WiFi (100 mbps) and TV Box provided more than 1000++ Movies & International Channel. Netflix access (your own log in account). Allows you to enjoy a precious time with your family or best friend.
• This studio also included a kitchen area with cooking utensils provided for you to prepare a food during your stay. We also provided other electric appliances provided: Refrigerator, Microwave, Kettle, Iron & Hair Dryer
• Bathroom with Instant Water Heater, Bath Towel & Shower Gel.
• This building is cover by 24-hours security surveillance, enter Lift & lobby with access card.

Other Things to Note
1. This is Homestay and you need to collect the Access Card by yourself (No Counter Available). We will send you the Self check-In instruction one day before arrival. Access Card need to be placed back to our nominated place during the check-out time

2. There is No Free Parking Provided. Secure Paid Parking on site with First 2 hours RM3.00 and subsequent RM1.00 per hour. Full day flat rate RM15per day. (Payment thru TouchnGo or Online)

3. If you taking Cab to our location, you may access from Sunway Pyramid Hotel Lobby.

4. If you are driving to our location, you may park your car at Sunway Pyramid Hotel parking entrance.

5. This is a Non-Smoking room. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on premises, including balcony. A RM200 fine will be assessed if the guest house smells of smoke upon departure

6. No Party or Group Gathering allowed - any evidence of parties or events will result in a RM200 fine.

7. Check-out time is by 12pm. Late check-out will result in a charge of RM50 per Hour and is subject to availability.

8. Keys need to be placed back to our nominated place during the check-out time.

9. Baggage Storage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out

10. Every time you use kitchen, be sure to wash all the dishes and keep them clean.

11. Garbage should be thrown into the garbage room located outside the room every day to avoid attracting cockroach, ants, worm etc.
