All of our units are with its own door lock, sitting area, bedroom, pantry and bathroom. Rest assured, you will have your own privacy and this is not a shared unit!
This condominium is also equipped with modern facilities such as:-

*Only proper swimsuit attire are allowed in the swimming pool*
Other than that, it is also equipped:-

Only One free parking lot is provided for each unit.
*Please note that:-
1) Wear face mask all the time when you are at common area or out from the unit.
2) No party is allowed.
3) No smoking in the unit. RM500 additional cleaning fee will be imposed if found.
4) No Over-pax / non-registered guest.
5) No food leftover and uncleaned dishes after check out. Additional cleaning will be charged if there is.
6) Quiet hour is 9pm onwards.
7) Early check in (before 3pm) or Late check out (after 11am) will be charged at Rm50 per hour.
8) Rooms which were handed over late due to unforeseen circumstances , will be compensated via the same amount of time as late check out, instead of in the form of monetary.
9) For monthly stay, we only cover the electricity usage up to RM150.00 per month. A utility deposit of RM500.00 is required. The deposit will be refunded after the electricity bill is issued by TNB and no outstanding.
10) No deposit for short-term stay.

Only ONE(1) access card provided. No extra access card. *Lost access card will be charged for a replacement cost at RM300/pc*

1. We don’t provide any face/hand towels (only bath towels). No daily change towels service.
2. Cleaning fee is charged one time based on/ per check out. No daily cleaning service available including long stay.
3. Any cleaning /room service request will be charged Rm60/session. (Available daily 10am-4pm, except Saturday & Sunday, prior to 1 day notice)
4. For any unremoveable stain/damage/ smoking found after your check out, will be charged accordingly as a replacement / special cleaning cost which is not covered under cleaning fee.
5. Self prepare universal adapter & laundry detergent.
6. Check out 11am, Latest check-out time is 12pm, if late check-out after 12pm need to charges RM30 per hour.
