Fully equipped queen king size bed with mattress, microwave oven, 32 inch LED TV, Android TV BOX, hop and hood for cooking, cooking set, fridge, build in clothes wardrobe and shoes cabinet for long stay, sofa , electric kettle, 2 air-conditions and remote fan, iron,water heater, towel, hair dryer.

Early check in and late check out will be charged rm12/hour depend on availabilty on that day. Need to pay by online transfer after booking confirmed. This rate still can negotiate with host

Staying at hotel a hotel within 5 km radius from this unit could cost you at least RM200++ per night and it's just standard room. If you stay here, you just need to spend half of the price with amazing amenities provided and you will get me as your host + the strategic location same like a hotel. Why PAY more?
